How about adding some weight related stuff in the application.. I haven't tried it out myself, and I just looked at screenshots, but I know from my girlfriend that weight is what really matters..

Maybe you could also do some fitness/workout/exercise/sports related stuff, like saying that if one went exercising on this and that date, you are allowed to eat 500 more kcals. Coupled with the calender, you can also get an overview of how often you exercise. This might be correlated on a weight diagram, where you can track dates, exercise days and weight in one figure.

The fastest way to edit an item in the database is to look for it in the search bar then right-click (control-click) it and choose "Edit...".

I asked the same question via email about two weeks ago… I would suggest using fatsecret.com for tracking nutritional intake. This app, while promising, will more than likely wither and die due to lack developer support.

It would be nice to have a suite of Healthnut apps (one for the pc, one for the iPhone) that allow syncing to a central server. That way any where I go I can add items to the list.
