			<description>&#60;p&#62;How can I turn off the logging of &#34;Activating Flood Protection&#34; and &#34;Deactivating Flood Protection&#34;?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Some days I never see these notices.  Today they are averaging every 2 minutes.  I can't read actual content, because it scrolls away as these notices pour in.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My flood protection settings remain at their defaults, and I don't want to shut off all notices.  But I don't know what good it does me to know that an automatic feature is operating automatically.   I'm glad my terminal shell neglects to interrupt me 100 times per second with &#34;System Clock signal processed by kernel&#34;.   Yes, it's nice that the kernel properly handles all those ticks, but...
