If i remember correctly there was a build-in bouncer support in Linkinus 1.3 and i was wondering if this might come back. I would be interested in complete ZNC Bouncer support in particular.
Any luck this might happen?

Bouncer's (including ZNC) work great with Linkinus, what exactly are you looking for?

Is it possible that Linkinus can have a built-in bouncer? So one doesn't need to use ZNC. I would be able use Linkinus to connect to my IRC Servers as usual, but then connect to Linkinus from the outside and see the last fifty lines or something.
As such, it'd be awesome if Linkinus would support push notifications to iOS IRC Apps. Colloquy can only be active for ten minutes (as part of some restriction imposed by Apple) before it gets shut down by iOS. However, apps can receive push notifications at any time. So, if I get highlighted in a channel and I'm away it'd be awesome if Linkinus could push that highlight to connected clients.
I was under the impression Colloquy for OS X does just that it's iOS Counterpart but I haven't had much success setting up the bouncer inside Colloquy.
I no longer use Colloquy for OS X but still use it for iOS, if Linkinus for OS X & iOS somehow work together in the future, I'd love to get Linkinus on my iOS Devices.
