Depending on whether you already had Linkinus 1.3 or Linkinus 2.0 is your first copy the first run differs a bit.
Linkinus 2.0 only
Welcome
The Linkinus 2.0 welcome screen. It gives you quick access to help files, #linkinus on irc.conceited.net and the forums.
Identity Setup
Afterwards you will be asked to setup your default Linkinus identity that will be used for each new connection until you assign a different one to it.
Select Network
The last step to get Linkinus up and running is to select a network to connect to. Once this has been done Linkinus will connect and then allow you to join channels and enjoy IRC.
Linkinus 1.3 to 2.0

Everything transfers over to the new version. You just have to edit your connection names. You may need to add new identities depending on if you use different passwords for each network.
